Here you will be able to review our Program’s details, get visibility into your referred customers and conversions, and copy your tracking code (your affiliate link). 2.7.2 You may not use your affiliate link in any search engine ads, Facebook ads, or anything similar that would compete with Juice Feasting’s marketing and cause confusion for potential customers.
2.8. The Affiliate will not engage in the distribution of an unsolicited bulk email mentioning or referencing JuiceFeasting.com.
2.9. Self-referrals are not allowed. The spirit of the program is to reward you for referring other people. This is not a way to get a discount on your own account 😉.
3. JuiceFeasting.com Rights and Obligations
3.1. We have the right to monitor your site at any time to determine if you are following the terms and conditions of this Agreement. We may notify you of any changes to your site that we feel should be made, or to make sure that your links to our web site are appropriate and to further notify you of any changes that we feel should be made. If you do not make the changes to your site that we feel are necessary, we reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Friends of Juice Feasting Affiliate Program.
3.2. JuiceFeasting.com reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and your participation in the Friends of Juice Feasting Affiliate Program immediately and without notice to you should you commit fraud in your use of the Friends of Juice Feasting Program or should you abuse this program in any way. If such fraud or abuse is detected, JuiceFeasting.com shall not be liable to you for any commissions for such fraudulent sales.
3.3. This Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Affiliate application, and will continue unless terminated hereunder.
4. Termination
Either you or we may end this Agreement AT ANY TIME, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice. Written notice must be in the form of an email with the subject line “Affiliate Termination.” In addition, this Agreement will terminate immediately upon any breach of this Agreement by you.
Either party has the right to terminate the agreement immediately without prior notice.
If the Affiliate terminates the agreement, no further commissions from Juice Feasting will be paid for any past or future customer transactions.
If Juice Feasting chooses to terminate the agreement, the remaining balance will be paid to the affiliate within 60 days of termination.
In case Juice Feasting terminates the agreement for violation of the terms and conditions, the commissions will not be paid or owed.
Abuse, gaming, and policy violations will result in having your account banned and any existing and future commissions forfeited.
5. Modification
We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. In such event, you will be notified by email. Modifications may include, but not limited to changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures and Affiliate Program rules. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only option is to end this Agreement. We reserve the right to change the terms of the Friends of Juice Feasting program at any time.
Your continued participation in the Friends of Juice Feasting Affiliate Program following the posting of the change notice or new Agreement on our site will indicate your agreement to the changes.
6. Payment
JuiceFeasting.com uses a third party to handle all of the tracking and payment. The third party is the Rewardful affiliate platform. Kindly review the network’s payment terms and conditions.
As a Juice Feasting partner, you are entitled to 35% recurring commission on paying customers that you refer to us. Customers that sign up for Juice Feasting with a discount of 30% or more are not eligible for commissions. As the customer grows (adds new Courses to their Membership) so does the affiliate’s commission. Subscription revenue alone is eligible for commission. Professional Coaching Services - private or group - are not eligible for commissions through the Friends of Juice Feasting Program. If you would like to refer Private Coaching Clients, please contact us for details.
Juice Feasting maintains the the right to create a new partner agreement at any time with any individual affiliate, while maintaining this agreement with all other affiliates. In the event a new partner agreement is signed between Juice Feasting and an affiliate, that new agreement shall supercede this one for that individual affiliate only.
To give time for refunds, payouts are made at the beginning of each month, at least 60 days after your referred customers became paid Members of Juice Feasting or purchased an eBook or Course content. So if your referred health seeker starts their account on January 3rd, you'd be paid on March 1st.
You’ll need to accrue $50 in your account in order to qualify for a payout. If you have a balance lower than $50, it’ll roll over to the next month(s) until you reach the minimum.
Commissions will only be paid on sales that are made when the customer clicks through qualified, correctly structured Affiliate links. Properly coded links are the sole responsibility of the affiliate. Commissions can be viewed on the Affiliate Dashboard.
In some cases, we can give credit to a referral partner even if the customer didn’t sign up through their link (for example, if they didn’t sign up through their link by mistake). If you have a case like that, contact us and we’ll do our best to help. Note that retroactive referral credit can only be applied within 14 days of a new account's trial start date.
In the event a customer requests a refund for a transaction for which the Affiliate has earned commissions, any commissions earned on the refund amount will be deducted from the Affiliate’s balance.
7. Access to Affiliate Account Interface
You will create a password so that you may enter Rewardful’s secure affiliate account interface. From their site you will be able to receive your reports that will describe our calculation of the commissions due to you in the Friends of Juice Feasting Program.
8. Promotion Restrictions

For example, advertising commonly referred to as "spamming" is unacceptable to us and could cause damage to our name. Other generally prohibited forms of advertising include the use of unsolicited commercial email (UCE), postings to non-commercial newsgroups and cross-posting to multiple newsgroups at once. In addition, you may not advertise in any way that effectively conceals or misrepresents your identity, your domain name, or your return email address. Also, you may post to newsgroups to promote JuiceFeasting.com so long as the news group specifically welcomes commercial messages. At all times, you must clearly represent yourself and your web sites as independent from JuiceFeasting.com. If it comes to our attention that you are spamming, we will consider that cause for immediate termination of this Agreement and your participation in the Juice Feasting Affiliate Program. Any pending balances owed to you will not be paid if your account is terminated due to such unacceptable advertising or solicitation.

We will do everything possible to contact the affiliate prior to the ban. However, we reserve the right to expel any trademark violator from our affiliate program without prior notice, and on the first occurrence of such PPC bidding behavior.
